About me

Hi, I'm Matthew! I'm a recent graduate from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) with a major in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. I am specifically interested in robotics and control systems. Throughout my studies at RPI I have worked on projects involving mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
My passion for engineering is driven by a desire to apply scientific knowledge in new and creative ways, yielding tangible results. I'm intrigued by the multi-faceted aspects of analyzing complex problems and the sometimes unexpected direction in which the process can lead.



In addition to academics, I participated in NCAA division III athletics as a member of the RPI track and field team. Some of my other interests include traveling, camping/hiking, disc golf, board and card games, and watching movies.
